• 200g Oreo or plain biscuits
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 1/<> cup + <> tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 and 3/4 cups to 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


  1. Mix the biscuits and butter and press the mixture under a 20 cm round tray, and freeze.
  2. Beat the cream of cheese until smooth on slow speed, add half a cup + a spoonful of sugar and lemon juice and mix well on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Beat the cream and 2 tablespoons sugar until medium tops form, and the mixture is not too liquid.
  4. Mix the cheese and whipped cream mixture, pour into the prepared tray and freeze overnight
