
INGREDIENTS :
1 lb raw shrimp
1 pound steak, sirloin steak (or any type of steak you like)
1 1 ⁄2 -2 cups white rice, cooked (you can also have rice in a bag)
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 large zucchini, sliced
1 ⁄2 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
1 sweet yellow onion, sliced
4 teaspoons canola oil (vegetable oil is ok)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to your taste
DIRECTIONS:

Salt and pepper for shrimp, vegetables and rice – to taste
Boil the rice according to package instructions then set aside.
Slice 1 ⁄2 of the onion into fine sized pieces and put some
put aside. Slice the zucchini into coin-sized pieces and then into equal
smaller pieces then set aside.
Add a little cooking oil to the pan over medium heat. Season
with salt/pepper to your taste. Add the prawns to the hot pan and cook on each side
2-3 minutes. Remove the prawns and set aside.

eggs. Scramble the eggs until done and then add frozen vegetables.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add the rice to the pan and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Add soy sauce (and any other seasonings you like) and stir

Add some chopped or whole shrimp to the rice if you want
and set aside.

Chop the steak into bite-sized square pieces and set aside.
Add the rice to a plate. Followed by the addition of vegetables,

Serve with a delicious sauce.
