4 large eggs separated
100 grams of granulated sugar

Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C). Grease a rectangular cake pan and line it with parchment paper.

Bake in preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Once cooked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes in the pan. Then transfer it to a wired rack to cool completely.
Once the cake has cooled, dust the top with powdered sugar.
