8 slices of toast

A cup (200 g) of melted vanilla ice cream

3 large eggs

1 tablespoon (12.5 g) caster sugar

1 tablespoon (12.5 g) butter, at room temperature

1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil

1 teaspoon (5 ml) liquid vanilla

½ teaspoon (2.5 g) ground cinnamon

For decoration:

Marble syrup or white honey

Vanilla ice cream

Mixed fruit


1 In a large bowl, put the melted ice cream, then add the eggs, vanilla and sugar, and stir well.

2 On medium heat, heat a non-stick frying pan, then add the butter and oil, and leave until the butter melts.

3 Dip each piece of toast into the egg and ice cream mixture, then immediately place them in the pan.

4 Leave the piece of toast for 1-2 minutes, until it turns golden.

5 Turn the toast on the other side, leave it for two minutes, then lift it in a plate aside.

6 Repeat these steps with the rest of the toast.

7 Put the toast in the serving plate, decorate it with honey, fruits and ice cream, then serve it.
