Ingredients and method for making chili chicken fries:
French fries

Put the oil in a frying pan, the chicken, onions and spices, and fry everything, stirring constantly, until it is cooked a little, and add a little grated cheese to it

Cheese sauce:
2 cups of milk
2 cups of grated cheese or squares (cheddar and mozzarella)
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon unfilled starch or flour
A little turmeric or saffron to give it a yellow color
Put the milk over the stove until it gets hot, then add the cheese and stir, then the butter and starch mixed with a little milk and stir well until it boils for about 2 minutes with continuous stirring, then put it on top of the potatoes and chicken
