- 1 ¼ cup of milk.
- 1 ½ cups of cooking cream.
- 50 grams of grated cheese.
- A pinch of black pepper.
Preparation method :
- We boil slices of potatoes for 5 minutes.
- Then we prepare a pot and raise it on the fire and put the butter in it, then the onion and stir until it withers.
- We put milk then cream with onions and flip.
- Then we reduce the fire for 5 minutes.
- We prepare a tray, grease it with butter, put the potatoes in it, then pour the milk mixture on it, pour half the amount of cheese on top, and stir well.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the cheese and sprinkle with black pepper.
