Six sheets of seaweed.
A bundle of sushi herbs.
One avocado , cut into slices.
A cup of sushi rice .
Soy sauce – as needed -.
Two hundred and thirty grams of New Zealand salmon or any desired type of raw fish.
One kilogram and eight hundred of cream cheese cut into slices.
How to prepare
Spread the seaweed on a bamboo mat and cover it with seaweed leaves, then spread an even layer of prepared sushi rice, pressing the rice layer gently.
Lay the salmon layer, then the cream cheese layer, avocado slices, roll the sushi tightly, then cut it using a sharp knife, then serve the sushi rolls with soy sauce.
