
Ingredients
or 1 pound ground beef
or 1 bag of taco seasoning mix
or 2 cans (8 oz) Pillsbury Croissant
or 1 can (16 oz) refried beans (I used the jalapeño variety)
or 2- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped black olives
4 chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
How to make a TACO PIZZA
Fry and drain the ground beef.Add the ground beef taco seasoning according to package directions. Roll out
croissants into rectangles. Place in an ungreased pan or baking sheet measuring 29 x 40 cm. Press the dough down and up 1/2 inch to form a crust. Bake at 375°C for 11-13 minutes or until brown. Microwave
grains in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute.Gently spread the beans over the hot batter to form a thin layer. Add
cooked beef mix, sprinkle with cheese, then tomatoes, black olives and spring onions. Place back in the oven for 3-6 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Recipe for 12 main courses or 48 starters.
