Salted Caramel kentucky Butter cake

I made my favorite cake – Salted Caramel Kentucky Butter Cake. It is always requested because it is so delicious, and it is the easiest cake in the world to make.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup caramel sauce
Sea salt for garnish


Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter. Repeat layers.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
Drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
